Best hair salon in bath!! I’ve been here a few times now and have always had the best experience. The girls are lovely and really go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your hair! So much time and effort put into my hair. You can really tell they’re all so passionate about what they do, and very talented with it! Thank you🤍

I rarely take the time to write reviews but my experience at the salon today with Megan was so great I had to do it! Her confidence and knowledge immediately made me trust her great advice with how to get my blonde looking how I wanted it. Even from my vague, unsure description and dodgy selection of Instagram inspiration pics she got it better than I hoped and discussed a plan moving forward. It felt like she was really invested in getting a great result for me, all while being super friendly and attentive. Thanks so much!

I could recommend Megan enough! This was my first time at The Suite, the salon is beautiful and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I had my hair done by Megan and I’m beyond impressed. She is incredibly talented. The best experience from start to finish — I can’t wait to come back!

Firstly, the staff here are so friendly and lovely. I’d put on my booking form in the notes that I’m neurodivergent, and I would prefer to be seated in an area of the salon that’s quieter and if possible with natural lighting. I also put that if people could ask before touching, that would be great. I’ve had experiences in the past where I’ve disclosed I was neurodivergent and needed certain accommodations, and it’s been clear that the staff didn’t read the notes. This was not the case here. I was made to feel very comfortable from the word go. Belle took me through to get my hair washed, and she asked if it was ok to put a cape on, and explained how it went on. She asked if I wanted a head massage as well. Very attentive and thoughtful. I was seated at the back of the salon, where it’s quiet and all natural lighting. Megan gave me a wonderful cut, and the best blow dry I ever had. She made me feel really good about myself, and complimented my natural hair colour. She said my silver hairs coming through are a lovely highlight, and it made me feel pretty. I had a chat with Belle at the end as I was finishing my coffee, and she was really lovely and easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back!
